USSR M1940 Tokarev SVT-40 Knife Bayonet With Scabbard

This very scarce Knife Bayonet designed for the 7.62 mm. Tokarev SVT–40 self-loading rifle, used sparingly in WWII. The M1940 version stands out with its unique sheath design, preventing accidental detachment of the fixed bayonet. Though initially a solution to a non-issue, this feature was abandoned in subsequent Russian designs. Non blued blade. A slight bend on scabbard, but in generally in good condition. A very hard to find bayonet to compliment any SVT or AVT.
