Blue Glass Bowl, Saara Hopea “Nyppylä”, Nuutajärvi

The bue Nyppylä bowl made by Nuutajärvi Glassworks was designed by Saara Hopea in 1952. The glass bowl features a straight-sided upper part with decorative bubbles on the base. Nyppylä bowl makes a beautiful decorative piece and is also perfect for serving snacks. The beautiful Näppylä bowl provides an elegant touch to any casual or festive occasion and makes a great vessel for delicious desserts. It can be used as a flower vase too.

The pressed glass Nyppylä bowl 5371 goes by the names Näppylä, Nyppylä and Krokus. The bowls were made in five different sizes and models from 1952 to 1976.
